We want to take a moment to alert our community to an important issue that has recently come to our attention. There have been multiple reports of fraudulent phone calls circulating, which appear to come from Aero Services. These calls are using a spoofed version of our phone number and falsely claiming to represent our company.
Your trust is important to us, and protecting our clients is a responsibility which we take very seriously. This post is intended to raise awareness, clarify how we communicate with you, and help you to stay safe.
What’s Happening?
Phone number spoofing is a common scam tactic, where fraudulent callers disguise their number to look as if it belongs to a legitimate business. In this case, callers are posing as Aero Services in an attempt to gain information or credibility. While we are actively monitoring the situation, we want to ensure that you have the tools and information you need to spot anything suspicious.
How to Identify Official Communication from Aero Services
To help avoid confusion, here is our official contact information:

- On call display, we appear as “Aero Services” or “Aero Furnace Duct…”
- Email: info@aeroservices.ca
All communication with our local Victoria office (located on Shelbourne St) will always come directly through Rachel or Colette. We represent Aero Services for all matters, including the scheduling of appointments and the payment of invoices. We never use a third party to generate leads, book appointments, or collect payments.
If you’re contacted by someone claiming to represent Aero Services and it doesn’t align with the above information, please proceed with caution!

What We Will Never Ask For
Aero Services will never request sensitive or personal information (such as credit card numbers or banking details) unexpectedly or without prior context.
For almost all residential work, we operate using flat-rate pricing; our estimates are free and usually can be given by phone or email by asking only a few questions! There are no booking fees to secure an appointment, and you are billed only after work is completed.
If someone on a call or email requests sensitive or personal information unexpectedly, it is not us.

We encourage you to hang up or avoid responding, then reach out to us directly using the official contact details listed above.
