Oil Furnace & Boiler Cleaning

After the regular air duct cleaning of an Oil Furnace it has an extra step that requires special equipment. Our Oil Crew Technicians will take good care of your Oil Furnace and it’s heat exchanger. Scott has 15 years experience cleaning all types of furnace systems.

What makes an Oil Furnace different?

Oil Furnaces run on home heating oil which when burnt produces soot and smoke. The entire path the smoke travels fills up with black soot and this soot must be cleaned out. Neglecting this could cause the furnace to be inefficient or worse, cause it to malfunction. A sooty heat exchanger will not absorb and transfer the heat efficiently and most of the heat will go up the flue. The smoke travels through the heat exchanger which is inside the furnace, through the smoke pipe to the chimney. All these parts must be cleaned out.

Oil Boilers

Oil Boilers use home heating oil to boil water which is piped through your house using radiators or in your floors to heat your home. Just like an Oil Furnace, Oil boilers require regular cleanings to keep them working efficiently and to prevent malfunctions.

How Does Aero Clean An Oil Furnace?

Vac Truck

We have a specially trained crew and a powerful vac truck that is designed to suck out oil soot.

After the air duct cleaning is complete our crew will connect the vacuum to the furnace’s heat exchanger. We use compressed air and brushes to clean the soot out.
Then they clean the smoke pipe which connects the furnace to the chimney. If requested by the homeowner the crew will clean the chimney as well.
